Delivery

Order Processing:

• We aim to process all orders within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday-Friday), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.
• Orders placed after midday on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery Options:

UK:

  • Royal Mail Second Class: Affordable option, estimated delivery within 48 hours.
  • DPD 24-hour: Super-fast delivery, perfect for urgent gifts.

Europe:

• We use Royal Mail Europe International Service with tracking to ensure safe arrival.

USA & Canada:

• Your order will arrive via Royal Mail US International Service with tracking, typically within 5-7 business days.

Packaging:

• We care for your order and the planet. We use protective shipping boxes and minimise packaging whenever possible.

Address:

• Double-check your address before placing your order to avoid delivery delays. We cannot change address information once the item has been shipped.
