Thank you for choosing Rebel and Slaughter

We hope you love our products as much as we loved creating them for you. However, we understand that sometimes things might not work out as planned. If that’s the case, here’s how we can help:

Returns & Exchanges:

Got an issue? We’re here to help. Just drop us a line at shop@rebelandslaughter.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Cancellations:

Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order within 2 days of purchase. We’re all about flexibility here.

Refunds:

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days post-purchase. Missed the window? Let’s chat and see what we can do.

To qualify for a return, please keep your item unused and as pretty as when you first laid eyes on it, and don’t forget the original packaging.

Please note, gift cards are like wishes; they can’t be returned.

And here’s the small print: to process your return, we’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase. Remember, send your items back to us, not the artist or manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:

In some cases, only partial refunds are possible:

  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll pop you an email. If approved, your refund will be on its way, back to your original payment method, within a few days.

Just a heads up, our products are handmade and may have those charming, unique touches. Rest assured, these quirks don’t affect their quality.

Late or Missing Refunds:

No sign of your refund yet? Check your bank account again, then have a word with your credit card company or bank. It might take some time to officially post.

Sale Items:

Just a heads up, only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale items can’t be refunded.

Exchanges:

Received something damaged or defective? Let’s swap it with a new one. Email us at shop@rebelandslaughter.com for exchanges.

Gifts:

Received a gifted item? If it’s marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll get a gift credit for the value of your return. If not, the refund goes to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns:

Ready to return? Contact us at shop@rebelandslaughter.com to get started. Remember, shipping costs are on you and are non-refundable. If you’re returning something pricey, consider using a trackable shipping service or getting shipping insurance.
